U.S. Domestic Shipping

Orders may be fulfilled directly by Rise LA or by one of our fulfillment partners, depending on the item(s) purchased.

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for order processing and fulfillment unless otherwise noted on the product page. Some made-to-order or partner-fulfilled items may require additional production time before shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Processing and shipping times may increase during collection launches, holidays, promotional periods, and other peak seasons.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may not be able to change the shipping address or selected shipping method.

International Shipping

International shipping rates and available shipping methods vary based on destination, package weight, products ordered, and fulfillment location. Available rates will be calculated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, local regulations, or other circumstances outside of our control.
